Entering the payments industry early into undergraduate studies, he gained hands-on experience in virtually every facet of the business, rapidly building expertise across sales, operations, and merchant experience/retention. As the Founder and President of EPAYMENT, Steven has been at the forefront of shaping the company into a trusted partner for businesses nationwide. Beyond driving growth, he is deeply committed to mentoring both new and experienced individuals, helping them navigate the industry and build lasting success. His leadership philosophy centers on accountability, integrity, right-action driven results, and creating opportunities to serve and grow.

Le has been shaping financial strategies for the past 10 years, ensuring that every dollar is optimized for company growth. Starting as an intern while earning his bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah, he’s since worked with industry leaders like Varian Technologies and Toyota. His expertise in Excel, data analysis, and banking operations makes him an invaluable asset to EPAYMENT. Known as an “Excel wizard,” he streamlines financial processes and decision-making. Beyond work, he’s passionate about gaming, fitness, and pushing his limits—both in and out of the office. His guiding philosophy? “The only easy day was yesterday.”
Bringing experience from government and major communications companies, Kelta is a highly adaptable professional at EPAYMENT, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency. With a sharp eye for detail and the ability to learn new systems quickly, she plays a crucial behind-the-scenes role, connecting different parts of the company like a “spider in the web.” Holding diplomas in administration, web design, and editing, she excels in data integrity and workflow optimization. Passionate about efficiency, she works to streamline processes and provide key insights that drive company success. Beyond her professional life, Kelta runs Northern Michigan’s largest haunted attraction and operates a successful crafting business, turning creativity into a thriving side venture.
With a background in both business administration and the culinary world, Jessie brings a unique problem-solving approach to his role as Solutions Manager at EPAYMENT. After nearly a decade in restaurant kitchens, he pivoted into operations, leveraging strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate teams and manage client relationships. A graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, he ensures smooth project execution and effective team collaboration. Passionate about efficiency and problem-solving, Jessie keeps operations running seamlessly. When not at work, he enjoys video games, puzzles, Dungeons & Dragons, and hanging out with his dog. Fun fact: he once helped run a tea farm and kept bees to fund his gaming hobby.

She has worked across various industries, including marketing, software development, and logistics, excelling in roles that require technical proficiency and organizational skills. Currently, her focus on website development and AI-driven content creation, helping improve online presence and accessibility. Known for her structured approach and ability to simplify complex tasks, Hana has received company-wide recognition, including being called a “Rockstar” for her contributions. She embraces continuous learning, believing in the motto: “Teach him to fish” and “Never stop learning.” In her free time, she enjoys video games, anime, and audiobooks.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, Martin fosters seamless communication with diverse clientele.
